1. Return Policy
Products purchased from My Lappy Store may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- All original accessories, packaging, and invoices must be included.
- Physical damage or customer-caused defects will not be eligible for return.
- Software-related issues are not considered valid return reasons once delivered.
2. Replacement Policy
We provide replacement support in case of:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) products
- Hardware malfunction reported within 7 days of delivery
- Incorrect product delivered
Replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
After inspection and approval, the product will be replaced with the same or equivalent model based on availability.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only under the following situations:
- Product is unavailable for replacement
- Order cancellation before shipment
- Approved return after quality inspection
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
4. Refurbished Products
All refurbished laptops are thoroughly tested and certified for performance. Minor cosmetic signs of usage may be present and are not considered defects.
Warranty terms applicable to refurbished products will be mentioned on the product page or invoice.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Software installations or digital products
- Customized orders
- Products damaged due to misuse or liquid damage
- Physical damage after delivery
